3 Simple Steps to Better Balance & Business

Use MoveMor as a warm-up to prevent injuries, unique fitness class or integrated into balance and mobility training to elevate outcomes.

1. Client sits in a stable chair, straps feet in snugly and moves through a comfortable pain-free range of motion.

2. Train by alternating between ankle and knee/hip exercises using the exercise guide, turn-key programs or exercise videos.

3. When training is done, unstrap feet and remove the MoveMor board.

In minutes, hips, knees, ankles and feet are gently strengthened through a full, pain-free range of motion with 12-points of resistance to get clients back on steadier feet faster. Greater ankle mobility supports foot stability and lower leg strength, so clients feel more confident with each step of your training.
